Biography
Dr. Lindsay Shroyer is mid-western native, originally from Cincinnati, OH. Her higher education began at the University of Cincinnati where she earned herBachelor of Sciencein Biology. After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Shroyer received her Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine. From 2007-2011, She completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, where she was chief resident. After her fellowship in Kentucky, she made her way to the sunshine state where she then completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa where she was the chief fellow. Dr. Shroyer is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. After completing her training, she served three years as voluntary faculty at University of South Florida teaching fellows in the pain medicine program.

Dr. Shroyer uses a multidisciplinary approach to treat chronic pain conditions such as neck and back pain, arthritis, neuropathy, joint pain, cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, vertebral compression fractures, and sacroilitis. Given her background as a physiatrist, Dr. Shroyer’s passion is to help patients regain function, whether it is return to work or return to play. Dr. Shroyer is committed to lifelong learning and attends many medical conferences each year to learn new techniques for treating chronic pain.

Since 2018, Dr. Shroyer has been working on the gulf coast of Florida, treating chronic pain patients. She is excited to bring her experience and expertise to the Ramos Center family of providers and continuing to care for the patients in our community. In her free time, Dr. Shroyer enjoys spending time on the water with her family.
